Over 15 years of administrative assistant experience. Skills include appointment setting, lead inquiries, client relationship management, client file maintenance (both paper files and CRM), Excel file maintenance, project management. I am very familiar and comfortable with using Microsoft Office to create and maintain files. I am also familiar with Canva and have some Adobe Acrobat experience. I am eager to learn new things and love branching out to learn new skills. I also possess over 20 years of customer service skills and maintain a polite, professional demeanor with every client interaction, be it via phone call, email, or in-person.
