Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and it has influenced my healthful lifestyle and has made me the person that I am today. It has helped me grow stronger, flexible, and more confident on and off my mat. Yoga has inspired me to live each moment of my life more mindfully, and with awareness.
I completed my 200 hour training with the Yoga and Ayurveda Center. My training included Restorative, Chair, Hatha and Vinyasa, as well as a specialty in Ayurveda. I also have a certification in Meditation. I am deeply grateful for the experience and training, and the wisdom my teacher shared with me and still continues to share. I will forever be a student, and continuously grow.
In my classes, I love to combine fun creative sequencing, and inspiration to help you deepen your practice. My goal is to seek to heal and help others thrive in life by nurturing mind body and soul through yoga and meditation. My hope is that you’ll step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced and better than you were before.
